The OTC 8698 men's med-surg shoe protects the foot following surgery, injury, or procedures involving bulky dressings or K-wires. The square toe box acts as a forward bumper to shield exposed hardware, while a reinforced MetaShank section provides rigid control beneath the metatarsal heads. The strapless expandable closure system removes pressure from buckle hardware and accommodates dressings up to 17 inches in circumference.
