Custom Compounded Medications
When standard prescriptions don't fit, we make medications that do — through our sister pharmacy, My Dr's Apothecary.
What is compounding?
Compounding is the practice of preparing customized medications for individual patients. It's how pharmacists have worked for centuries, and it's still essential today when commercially manufactured medications don't fit a patient's needs.
We compound for patients who need:
- A different dosage strength than what’s commercially available
- A different form — liquid instead of pill, topical cream instead of oral
- A medication without dyes, preservatives, gluten, or other allergens
- A flavored version — especially important for kids and pets
- A combination of medications in one preparation

How to get started
Talk to your prescriber about whether a compounded medication might help. They can write a prescription specifying the formulation, and we'll handle the rest. Or call us directly — we can talk through whether compounding might be right for you and coordinate with your physician.
