About this product

The OTC 0144 neoprene knee sleeve combines patellar tracking support with medial-lateral reinforcement. A horseshoe-shaped buttress wraps the kneecap to encourage proper alignment, while hinged spiral bars on either side resist side-to-side motion without limiting natural flexion and extension. The four-way stretch neoprene captures body heat and delivers even compression across the joint, making the sleeve appropriate for shorter periods of athletic activity or rehabilitation wear.
