The OTC 2387 Select Series wrist-thumb splint immobilizes the thumb in abduction while securing the wrist in a neutral position to support recovery and reduce pain. A contoured edge at the distal palmar crease preserves 90 degrees of palmar flexion and full finger dexterity for daily tasks. The shell is built from open-cell urethane foam laminated to lycra, offering a lightweight, breathable feel with moisture absorption. A circumferential proximal strap anchors the radial stay so the thumb is held firmly throughout wear.
