The OTC KidsLine Pediatric Knee Wrap (item 0324) provides adjustable support for children ages 2 to 12 with knee circumferences from 8 to 12 inches. Designed for everyday wear after mild sprains or strains, post-cast recovery, chondromalacia, or patellofemoral tracking issues, it offers gentle compression and patellar stabilization without restricting normal activity. The wrap opens flat for easy application and uses two flexible side stays plus an adjustable encircling strap to keep the support properly positioned during play or athletics. A four-way stretch fabric distributes pressure evenly around the joint, and plush bilateral padding adds extra comfort during extended wear. The cutout over the back of the knee allows free flexion and reduces heat buildup.
