The Sigvaris Compreflex Contain Thigh is an adjustable, inelastic compression garment for the right thigh that provides gradient compression in the 20 to 50 mmHg range. It's made for people managing lower-extremity swelling associated with lymphedema, lipedema, or edema, and offers a higher level of containment than other garments in the Compreflex line for legs that need it. Each set includes the thigh piece, two non-compressive liners that help protect the skin underneath, and a belt with hip attachment to help hold everything in place. The garment can be trimmed for a more individualized fit, and it comes in beige or black in five sizes, each available in regular and tall heights. Care is simple, too: it's machine washable on a gentle cycle, with air drying recommended to extend its life.
